Dental Network Oversight Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategic oversight of G.E.H.A's dental network performance, the full-time Dental Network Oversight Manager will manage network adequacy, savings performance, and provider accountability while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance member value and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance routines and performance expectations for the dental network oversight function
• Evaluate network adequacy and identify opportunities for improvement in access and affordability for dental members
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate network performance and drive strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in provider network management or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in network oversight or performance improvement
• Experience with FEDVIP or OPM-regulated programs preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with network reporting tools
