Dental Network Recruiter

Job Summary

To expand participation within an assigned network of dental providers, the full-time Sr. Dental Network Recruiter will build relationships, conduct high-volume outreach, and educate providers on the value of joining the network while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to dental practices to drive provider engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network growth initiatives and maintain accurate network information
• Document meeting notes, track open issues, and provide regular updates on assigned networks to internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience working with insurance carriers; prior experience as a medical or dental recruiter is ideal
• Proficiency in using AI tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with enthusiasm for outbound cold-calling or consultative sales
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
