Dental Practice Growth Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Growth Partner / Navigator Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and ensure high satisfaction scores throughout their journey
• Develop customized Quarterly Action Plans for practices and monitor engagement levels
• Lead quarterly business review meetings and facilitate training for practice staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coaching, consulting, or training within the dental or healthcare industry
• Prior experience in dental practice management is required
• Experience in leadership roles, particularly with dental practices or DSOs, is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects
• Familiarity with client management tools and the ability to analyze data for program improvement
