Dental Practice Growth Partner

Job Summary

Dental Practice Growth Partner is a full-time remote position responsible for guiding dental practices through onboarding, creating customized growth plans, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers and ensure high satisfaction scores
• Develop customized Quarterly Action Plans and monitor client engagement
• Lead quarterly business review meetings and facilitate training for practice staff

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in coaching, consulting, or training within the dental or healthcare industry
• Prior experience in dental practice consulting, with multiple practices preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects
• Experience with client management tools and developing growth plans
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for program improvement
