Dental Provider Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated candidates, the full-time remote Dental Provider Service Representative will resolve provider inquiries regarding claims, eligibility, and benefits in a structured inbound call center environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and resolve provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Research and handle complex requests while managing personal inventory of inquiries
• Educate providers on electronic technology and contribute to process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in a direct contact customer service environment preferred
• Call center experience is highly desired
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email management
• Strong navigational skills with multiple systems and current knowledge of technology
