Dental Provider Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, National Dental Provider Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees national Dental network management and operations, including provider education and issue resolution
• Develops strategic planning tools and standards for Dental network management across the organization
• Hires, trains, and manages team performance while ensuring compliance with network-related standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of provider services experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Marketplace products
• At least 1 year of management/leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the health care delivery system and managed health care provider compensation methodologies
• Project management experience and ability to work in a cross-functional organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
