Key Responsibilities

• Oversees national network management and operations function, ensuring effective provider services and issue resolution
• Develops strategic network planning tools and collaborates with health plan leadership to enhance provider engagement
• Hires, trains, and evaluates team members while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of provider services experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace products
• Understanding of the health care delivery system and managed care compensation methodologies
• Experience with community agencies and providers
• Project management experience and ability to work in a cross-functional organization
• Management/leadership experience is preferred
