Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and own client-level RCM performance
- Act as an RCM expert and manage offshore teams to ensure quality and adherence to processes
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements while supporting peers during peak workloads
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on Dental RCM experience
- Experience as a Billing Manager, RCM Supervisor, or DSO team lead
- Deep familiarity with dental payers, portals, and denial workflows
- Proven ability to manage work through others and lead without formal authority
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
