Dental Risk Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Risk Management Support Line Consultant Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Clinical Support Line requests by analyzing risk exposures and providing risk mitigation options
• Provide summary reports of client contacts to the Director of Risk Management and designated personnel
• Participate in monthly dental risk management group meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ability to identify and assess potential risks and liabilities of reported events
• Strong background in clinical dentistry and patient management
• Preferred to be a licensed dentist
• Previous experience in dental risk management, peer review, mediation, or professional liability litigation is preferred
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and email management
