Dental Scheduler

Job Summary

To support dental practices across North America, the remote Dental Scheduler will manage back-to-back calls to efficiently schedule patient appointments, ensuring accuracy in data entry and information sharing while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls promptly and complete standard calls within a set time frame
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service during each interaction
• Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks while on and off the phone

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year post high school education preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a phone-based environment
• Strong internet connection is mandatory
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and assessments
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
