Dental Service Representative (MA)

Job Summary

Seeking results-driven Dental Service Representatives (MA) for a full-time remote position, responsible for resolving dental provider inquiries regarding claims, eligibility, and benefits in a structured inbound call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and resolve provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Research and handle complex requests while managing personal inventory of inquiries
• Educate providers on electronic technology and contribute to divisional goals

Required qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in a direct contact, customer service environment preferred
• Call center experience is highly desired
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email management
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to meet strict guidelines
