Job Summary
To support dental offices in maximizing their use of software solutions, the full-time hourly Customer Support Specialist will build long-term client relationships, conduct live training sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to dental practices regarding billing and claims integration
- Conduct 1:1 training sessions to showcase Archy's capabilities to practice staff
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, escalating as necessary
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience within a dental practice
- Extensive knowledge of dental insurance and billing practices
- Experience as a software trainer, assisting others in adapting to new software
- Basic technical skills for troubleshooting and using software products
- Ability to leverage AI tools and automation in daily workflows
