Dental Utilization Management Processor

Job Summary

To support efficient dental service evaluations, the full-time remote Utilization Management Clinical Dental Processor will assess treatment requests, apply clinical criteria, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations while ensuring productivity standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of prior authorizations and determine treatment appropriateness in accordance with procedural guidelines
• Document approval decisions and maintain effective communication with team members and clients
• Maintain a daily productivity level by completing 13 to 18 cases per hour while ensuring quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist certification required
• 1-2 years of experience reviewing dental x-rays, models, and patient charts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows-based applications
• Access to reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote work
