Dental Verification Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure accurate insurance claims processing, the full-time remote Dental Verification Specialist will obtain patient insurance information, verify coverage with insurance companies, and maintain accurate patient benefit records.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and verify patient insurance information and coverage for necessary procedures
• Enter and update patient benefit information accurately in the system
• Communicate changes in patients' insurance to relevant staff and follow up on eligibility until surgery

Required qualifications

• 3 years of dental PPO verification experience
• 2 years of insurance verification experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
• Must reside in AZ, ID, MT, NV, TN, TX, or UT
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
