Job Summary
A company is looking for a Department Administration Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, confidential communications, financial and human resources processes, and day-to-day department operations
- Coordinate administrative services and general management support for multiple program areas
- Ensure departmental actions align with university policies, streamline processes, and serve as a liaison to campus units
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with two years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating complex programs and activities
- Experience in cost analysis, budget proposals, and monitoring expenditures
- Proficiency in a wide range of computer software and maintaining computerized records
- Proven experience in program planning, organization, and working in a diverse multicultural environment
