Job Summary

A company is looking for a Department Chair in Cybersecurity (Online/Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate and advance the department's goals and needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate student learning outcomes and instructional efficacy
• Manage faculty hiring, development, and evaluation processes

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Five or more years of leadership experience
• Five or more years of teaching experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
• Willingness to attend in-person University events and participate in virtual meetings
