Job Summary
To support the successful operation of the department, the full-time Department Manager will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage staff hiring and training, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met in Maryland Heights, MO.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks
- Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and other departments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills
