Job Summary
A company is looking for a Department Specialist I to support back-office customer operations related to cycler rental billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter billing agreements in the GSP system for cycler rentals based on daily shipments
- Identify and arrange retrieval of cyclers for patients with multiple devices assigned
- Update and maintain data in Excel workbooks and tracking files
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of customer operations experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, such as JD Edwards and GSP
