Job Summary

A company is looking for a Department Specialist I to support back-office customer operations related to cycler rental billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter billing agreements in the GSP system for cycler rentals based on daily shipments
  • Identify and arrange retrieval of cyclers for patients with multiple devices assigned
  • Update and maintain data in Excel workbooks and tracking files
Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of customer operations experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, such as JD Edwards and GSP
