Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will engage with enterprise customers to design and build reliable production agents, translating workflows into software specifications and collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on agent architecture design, evaluation strategies, and production best practices
- Co-building with customer engineering teams across the full Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) in outcome-scoped engagements
- Embedding within customer teams for extended periods to directly ship agent systems
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python; TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production agent systems
- Strong client-facing communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to technical stakeholders
- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or comparable frameworks
- Familiarity with designing and implementing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems
