Deployment Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deployment Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze strategic priorities for resource management and assess Deployment Operations performance
• Manage the reporting process, providing insights into availability, capacity, and coordination
• Advise Deployment leaders and foster relationships to ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Deployment, Resource Management, or Workforce Planning, preferably in a Big 4 or large professional services environment
• Advanced Excel skills, including mastery of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with various software systems such as S4HANA, Team Builder, and Flex Forecast
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
• Minimum of a High School Diploma; client service professionals transitioning into Deployment/Operations are encouraged to apply
