Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deployment Engineer to manage customer technical journeys and support implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer calls to solve technical challenges and assist with implementation
• Provide post-deployment support and create technical demos to showcase product capabilities
• Triage customer support inquiries and maintain technical documentation for self-service

Required Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in JavaScript or Python, familiarity with Docker and enterprise environments
• Ability to debug complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Genuine desire to help customers succeed and translate technical concepts effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks
• Experience in technical customer success or solutions engineering roles is a plus
