Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deployment Engineer to work with Project Managers and Technical Architects in deploying and testing solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy customer solutions based on low-level design and test documentation
• Update and maintain low-level design documentation throughout the delivery process
• Troubleshoot technical faults during deployments and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in telephony SIP & TDM configuration and troubleshooting
• Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux OS environments
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including firewalls and routers
• Experience with AWS EC2 and VPCs
• IT-based degree level qualification or equivalent experience
