Deployment Lead

Job Summary

Leading complex client onboarding and deployment initiatives, the full-time Deployment Lead will manage end-to-end execution of client deployments remotely, focusing on change management and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product adoption and transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client deployment execution from kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition
• Develop and lead integrated Deployment and Change Management plans that align with client business needs
• Serve as the primary client-facing deployment owner during onboarding, building trusted relationships and managing expectations

Required qualifications

• Experience leading complex client-facing initiatives in deployment, implementation, or change management roles
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
• Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving scope
• Experience working across cultures and driving alignment in a multi-country setting
