Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative, the fully remote Deployment Manager will manage complex project portfolios for infrastructure design and construction projects at the Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring compliance with project management best practices and organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee large project portfolios, ensuring alignment with Program Office objectives and compliance standards
• Facilitate problem-solving discussions among diverse stakeholder groups and apply comprehensive project management methodologies
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and cost parameters while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facility Architecture, business administration/management, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering or construction project/program management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written communication skills for producing reports and engaging stakeholders
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance
