Job Summary

Deployment Manager, AI Agents, is a full-time remote position responsible for managing complex deployments in customer accounts, ensuring automation performance and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deployments from initiation to live status, including automation setup and stakeholder alignment
• Co-lead strategic accounts and diagnose issues in helpdesk configurations and automation logic
• Provide daily updates and manage customer expectations while maintaining clear documentation of progress

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer experience operations, support ops, or implementation
• Deep understanding of helpdesk systems and ticket lifecycle management
• Experience in project management and maintaining multiple workstreams
• Proactive approach to data analysis and AI fluency
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
