Deployment Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Deployment team in installing security services into client networks, the remote Deployment Project Coordinator will manage various installation components, coordinate the turn-up of networks and sub-services, and assist with complex IT projects while ensuring timely delivery and escalation of risks as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with complex, multi-dimensional IT projects and monitor progress
• Coordinate the turn-up of sub-services and ensure successful turnover to the Command Center
• Escalate any risk concerns to management throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of common network services (web, mail, FTP, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills for effective coordination between departments during implementations
