Deployment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end standardized client deployments, the fully remote Deployment Specialist I will coordinate project plans, maintain timelines, and ensure successful go-live execution while communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage deployment project plans from initiation through go-live, ensuring successful execution
• Develop and maintain detailed deployment timelines, milestones, and deliverables to align with client expectations
• Coordinate client deployment activities, including scheduling, data collection, and system configuration requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage structured project plans and implementation activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• Experience coordinating cross-functional tasks and deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
