Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Deployment Strategist will engage with strategic customers to identify their voice AI needs, design bespoke integrations, and oversee the implementation of innovative audio solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points
• Collaborate with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into customer solutions
• Present project results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives

Required qualifications

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including student clubs or side projects
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and their applications
