Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Deployment Strategist will engage with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, manage flagship deals from inception to closure, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers to identify pain points and AI transformation goals, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs
• Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases to structuring commercial terms and driving them to closure
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to identify high-impact use cases and guide customers on best practices for deploying AI products

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, preferably in an enterprise environment
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration
• Strong commercial instinct and experience navigating enterprise sales cycles
• Technical aptitude with familiarity in common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
