Deployment Strategist
Job Summary
Bridging customer needs with technical execution, the full-time remote Deployment Strategist will design agent workflows, manage the build process, handle integrations, and ensure deployments deliver measurable clinical value.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand workflows and define agent scope and integration touchpoints
- Design agent workflows, configure prompts and behaviors, and validate functionality during the build process
- Lead technical account management during deployment, managing scope decisions and explaining technical constraints to customers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting
- Strong analytical skills to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and demonstrate customer empathy
- Project management capability, including scoping work, estimating timelines, and managing dependencies
- Healthcare domain expertise, including clinical workflows and EHR systems, is a plus
