Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end deployment experience for customers, the full-time Deployment Strategist will lead structured workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, outcome-driven deployments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops to uncover business objectives and translate findings into a deployment roadmap
• Serve as the primary point of contact during deployment, coordinating with internal teams and managing project risks
• Oversee user acceptance testing and facilitate a smooth transition to the ongoing success phase post-deployment

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in project management, SaaS implementation, customer consulting, or operations
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, executable plans
• Experience communicating effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment focused on building repeatable processes
• Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
