Deployment Strategist Lead

Job Summary

To support market expansion in the Nordics, the full-time Deployment Strategist Lead will be responsible for building a team, engaging with strategic customers to identify their audio and voice AI needs, and implementing innovative solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points
• Build and lead a team of engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into customer solutions
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into ElevenLabs' offerings

Required qualifications

• Proven experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to hire and manage high-performing technical teams
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
• Strategic awareness of aligning technical strategy with business objectives
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications
