Job Summary
Owning the acquisition strategy and funnel performance, the full-time Deposit Acquisition Marketing Manager will drive new-to-bank account acquisition and balance growth through disciplined test design and data-informed offer strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and manage the deposit acquisition offer strategy, including promotional terms and product positioning
- Design and execute acquisition test programs, translating results into actionable recommendations
- Own the end-to-end deposit acquisition funnel, optimizing conversion rates and reducing drop-off points
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in consumer acquisition marketing or product marketing within financial services
- Proven experience in designing and executing acquisition test programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to translate funnel data and competitive intelligence into marketing strategies
- Experience collaborating with channel marketing and digital experience teams to optimize acquisition funnels
