Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years banking experience, preferably in operations
• At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to understand and utilize banking industry technology
