Job Summary
Experienced in back-office banking operations, the full-time Deposit Software Support Specialist will provide client-facing software support for the SilverLake Deposits platform, managing and resolving client cases remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline resource for financial institutions, delivering high-quality software support over the phone and electronically
- Troubleshoot processing issues and guide clients through system functionality to ensure timely resolution of inquiries
- Manage client cases through a case management system, focusing on operational efficiency and client success
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of Deposit Operations and back-office banking processes
- Experience in a client-facing support role within a financial services environment
- Proficiency with case management systems for tracking and resolving client issues
- Ability to work remotely while residing within approximately a 70-mile radius of specified office locations
- Eligibility for full-time employment without immigration sponsorship
