Key Responsibilities

• Translate executive deposit strategy into operational execution plans and design year-round deposit campaign strategies
• Lead new deposit product development and optimize member lifecycle marketing journeys to enhance member engagement
• Monitor deposit portfolio health and campaign performance, driving measurable outcomes for all deposit product initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field required
• 8+ years of product management or product marketing experience in financial services, preferably with deposit products
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth through marketing campaigns and product innovations
• Deep understanding of deposit products, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
