Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deposits Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for deposit products and services
Provide oversight on risk assessments, policy reviews, and issue management
Lead projects to address regulatory compliance requirements and provide guidance to business teams on compliance matters

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years' experience in compliance, audit, or governance functions
Deep knowledge of deposit/banking regulations, specifically Regulation E, Reg CC, and Reg DD
Experience with payment systems and commercial checking/savings accounts
Process management, issue management, and disclosure/compliance document review experience
