Job Summary

To drive cross-functional strategic initiatives in ML and data platforms, the full-time Deputy Chief Data Officer will lead high-priority projects, ensure effective execution, and enhance collaboration across teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, and data platforms
• Lead high-priority projects by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes
• Establish a framework for project status tracking, risk management, and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years in data, analytics, or ML domains with 3-5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in delivering cross-functional projects involving ML and data platforms
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and key business metrics
• High technical literacy with the ability to coordinate across ML, backend, product, and analytics teams
• Strong English and Russian communication skills, both written and verbal
