Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience leading a technical and dynamic IT department
• 10+ years of experience in large, cross-functional teams or enterprise-wide programs
• 10+ years in a senior management role with experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Proven experience in leading large, complex initiatives and driving digital business transformation
