Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Chief of Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage program teams focused on economic freedom, immigration, and policy
• Develop and implement cohesive campaign and organizing strategies in collaboration with the Chief of Programs
• Support and mentor organizing staff, ensuring effective planning and execution of campaigns and events

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in grassroots movement building and base development
• Proven track record in creating and executing complex organizing strategies
• Experience in community organizing, management, and program design
• Familiarity with budget oversight and resource allocation for programs or campaigns
• Experience in staff management and development, including working with leadership-level staff
