Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategy and planning efforts aligned with organizational objectives and community governance
• Shape cross-functional teams and evaluate product performance to optimize resource allocation
• Build relationships within the global community to enhance volunteer engagement and readership

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of strategic and executive-level technical and operational leadership experience
• Deep expertise in building high-traffic consumer platform products for desktop and mobile
• Proven experience leading both product and engineering functions, along with program management and design
• Ability to manage a large department with a significant operating budget and globally dispersed staff
• Experience in multi-faceted stakeholder environments, particularly community/affiliate models
