Deputy Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Deputy Chief Technology Officer, this remote position will define the long-term vision for DNC Tech, own key strategic initiatives, and operationalize internal processes to enhance team support and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Help define and advocate for the long-term vision of DNC Tech, collaborating with various stakeholders to advance this vision
• Own key strategic initiatives end-to-end, planning and implementing projects related to new technologies and campaign support
• Operationalize internal processes to improve team efficiency, morale, and support during high-pressure election periods

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of setting a strategic vision and achieving measurable outcomes
• Significant experience overseeing complex technical projects from inception to completion
• Ability to drive results through influence and organize cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives
• Experience working with major Democratic organizations, campaigns, or aligned entities
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including relationship building and strategic alignment
