Job Summary
To support a growing Partnerships team, the remote Deputy Client Strategy Director will manage client relationships, drive partnership development, and execute evidence-based programs that advance progressive causes from August through November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Client Strategy Director to identify and develop prospective client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Translate client goals into evidence-based programs by recommending implementation plans and managing the successful execution of key client initiatives
- Improve internal processes for client strategy and program execution, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information across various systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client management, partnerships, or b2b sales within progressive politics
- Proven track record of managing successful voter engagement programs with measurable impact
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and teams
- Alignment with Movement Labs' mission and a desire to contribute to progressive power-building efforts
