Deputy Director

Job Summary

• Provide oversight and guidance across all programs, communications, and operations
• Supervise senior staff and foster a collaborative, values-driven work culture

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to the Coalition's mission
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in social justice organizations, including 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-partner structures
• Experience in developing and implementing community-centered, high-impact programs
