A company is looking for a Deputy Director: Coaching & Client Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coaching program staff, recruit, hire, and train coaches, and build efficient systems
• Provide dedicated support to state Democratic party clients, organize users, conduct trainings, and resolve issues
• Contribute to team dynamics, communicate effectively, and develop professionally

Required Qualifications:

• Goal-oriented and independently motivated
• Experience in sales, customer service, or working with local Democratic parties
• Experience in managing staff, organizing volunteers, coaching, teaching, or counseling
• Commitment to small-d democracy and dismantling systemic oppression
