Deputy Director Information Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Director, Information Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead Information Security and/or Compliance personnel
• Provide expertise on Information Security and IT Compliance to IT projects
• Conduct threat analysis, research best practices, and act as a subject matter expert on security controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• CISSP certification or equivalent highly desirable
• Minimum of 20 years of IT experience, with 12 years in Information Security and 5 in a management role
• Experience in Incident Response, secure architectures, and conducting penetration testing
• Knowledge of security technologies, compliance controls, and state privacy laws
