Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit development and managing donor programs
• Proven success in campaign development using traditional and emerging methods
• Experience managing direct reports and fostering collaborative relationships
• Alignment with the organization's vision and values focused on economic, race, and gender justice
• Knowledge of political fundraising and the domestic worker movement is a plus
