Deputy Director of Mobilizer Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobilizer Recruitment and Support (MRS) Deputy Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and manage staff to troubleshoot mobilizers' payment issues and streamline processes
• Maintain a library of responses for inquiries related to recruitment and payment discrepancies
• Assist with payment data management and collaborate with team members and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with political CRMs like EveryAction or Action Network
• Experience with peer-to-peer texting tools such as Scale to Win
• Minimum of 4 years working in progressive campaigns and organizing
• Reliable access to phone, laptop, and WiFi
• U.S. work authorization
