Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Director, Revenue Operations who will manage and optimize their HubSpot ecosystem and ensure data integrity across revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HubSpot administration, including architecture, workflows, and user permissions
• Maintain revenue data integrity and create actionable dashboards for leadership
• Develop documentation and training to ensure team adoption of new systems

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience as a primary HubSpot administrator with proven CRM management skills
• Current HubSpot Administrator certification or equivalent experience
• Experience managing the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle and building revenue dashboards
• Strong documentation skills and ability to create clear processes for team use
