Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel, specializing in Commercial Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Real Estate Team and address evolving real estate priorities within the project portfolio
• Draft and negotiate various real property agreements, including purchase and lease agreements
• Support site acquisition closings and resolve complex title and survey issues

Required Qualifications

• J.D. required
• 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier law firm in a commercial real estate practice group
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate for utility-scale renewable energy development
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating real property agreements
• Strong experience in title and survey review, risk identification, and resolution
